I visited Lars a Dutch Reefer who owns probably two of the most beautiful private DIY reef tanks in the world.
Lars had invited me to visit his koi pond, unfortunately we ran out of time. The reason? Lars owns one of the best salt water aquariums I have ever seen.

Lars told me he can spend hours a day here. Every day there is something different to see. He does most of the maintenance himself. But it's not just the size and number of corals that catch my eye. Lars has some very rare fish swimming.
Lars has several hobbies that he takes very seriously.
In addition to the 2 saltwater aquariums, Lars has a large koi pond but also a great passion for Japanese art and diving.
In the end we ran out of time to film the pond and koi collection, so we agreed to film this next time.
