Dog training expert Victoria Stilwell takes on Bertie, a Border Terrier Dachshund cross, who demands constant attention from owners Michelle and Tony. They’ve become prisoners in their own home. The minute Bertie wakes up, he finds a toy, drops it at Michelle’s feet and will bark and howl until she throws it. And he doesn’t stop. If they dare go out without him, Bertie will howl and scream.
