When the galactic council demanded humanity disclose its full arsenal, the order was meant to expose the limits of a young species the older empires still considered manageable. They expected a tidy report of ships, rifles, missiles, and defensive platforms, something they could study, classify, and eventually counter. Humanity complied. The list that arrived began with the obvious machinery of war, but it did not stop there. It continued through cyberwarfare, engineering, logistics, chemistry, psychology, terrain manipulation, industrial output, persistence, and every brutal lesson history had ever taught the species. As the catalog grew longer, the council slowly realized humans did not separate weapons from tools, systems, ideas, or even themselves. By the end of the transmission, the galaxy no longer wondered what humanity was armed with. It wondered how it had ever believed the answer would fit on a list at all.
