I visit my friend Leo’s factory to check out his coral reef growing farm, but ended up being introduced to his other pet friends and hobbies. He is growing a family of large grubs from eggs which will end up becoming Hercules beetles (Dynastes Hercules). He has a legless giant cricket he feeds nuisance caterpillars from his greenhouse garden. And he has been growing a couple parakeets from birth, all in his overgrown greenhouse atop his factory’s roof in Beilun, China.
