If you have a dog that struggles to settle or calm down, wants to keep playing with you even when you've had enough. Will keep bring their ball or keeps asking for attention. Is unable to just RELAX.. then this is the exercise for you.
This video alone won't completely calm your dog but it does give you a great start in how to encourage and reinforce a calm state of mind instead of constant over-arousal. Teaching a dog how to be calm is good dog training. Waiting for it to happen on it's own is making your life a lot less pleasant (and harder) and even your dog. Imagine what it would be like if you just don't know how to sit still and no one is showing you what to do?
